It’s time for us to step it up again for Memory Walk 2014. Join us as we walk united in support of all people affected by dementia.

For the 2013 Memory Walk, Team Slovenia raised over $10,000 and won two awards – The Extra Mile Award and the Family / Friends Spirit Award – Congratulations! Let’s Step It Up again!
