Just a friendly reminder to please join the Alzheimer Society as we Step It Up for Dementia at the annual Investors Group Memory Walk! Your past participation has enabled the Alzheimer Society to provide a network of
support and education for people affected by dementia.
Today, more than 20,000 Manitobans have Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia. One in three Manitobans has a personal connection to someone
with the disease. Last year alone, there were more than 4,500 new cases of dementia in our province. The Alzheimer Society is committed to helping people with dementia and to meeting the increasing demand for research funding, but we need your help to continue this important work.
