We have a few events in the works for 2021, dependent, of course, on COVID-19 restrictions and protocols.
Drive-thru BBQs at Our Lady of Lourdes church:
- We’d like to host a BBQ at the end of March or early in April, weather dependent, as we did last summer. More info coming soon.
- We will host a BBQ for Mother’s Day (Sunday May 9) with free meals for moms.
- Will we also host a BBQ for Father’s Day (Sunday June 20) with free meals for dads. If public health orders allow, we will also have a short program celebrating our Slovenian heritage on this day, as Slovenia Day is also around this time, on June 25.
CSCS 70th Anniversary:
This year marks the 70th anniversary of the CSCS, and while it is very unlikely we will be able to gather in any large way, we will be planning something as a way of celebrating this milestone. We will keep you all updated as plans progress.
