The costumes in this region are similar to that of costumes from the Alpine parts of Slovenia, but the costumes were made of coloured linen, hemp and wool. Red was the colour of the vests the men wore. Female headwear was worn tied behind the neck, with the front of the kerchiefs worn hanging down the front of their dresses.
